We see it coming. We are not ready.

Three ways to work with us

Keynote45 to 60 minutes on stage, plus Q&A

Give your audience something they will still be talking about tomorrow.

No standard deck. No recycled keynote.

Every keynote is built around the room it is given in: your industry, your decisions, your future. Provocative insight, stories that land, and frameworks people can put to work on Monday. English or Dutch, on stage or live online.

From insight to impact. In one room.

Executive workshopHalf day or full day, one table or twenty

Stop discussing the future. Start deciding on it.

No slides to sit through. No report to file away.

Your own decisions on the table, worked through together on the printed canvases from the books, guided from the front. One leadership team around a single table, or two hundred people in tables of ten, each table running the same exercise on its own reality. The room leaves with a result it collectively owns: a position it actually agrees on, a next step with a name attached, and a photo record of everything it built that day.

One session. One decision your team owns.

A Journey into the FutureKeynote and workshop, at a location that is already the future

Take your team somewhere the future has already happened.

Not a trip. Not a tour.

A keynote and a workshop, held at a place that already is what everyone else is still debating: the future of food, healthcare, mobility, smart cities, space travel, AI and data. We read that place with your team. What was decided there, what it cost, what it took. Then we turn it on your own organisation.

See it standing up. Then decide sitting down.

From insight to impact: keynotes and executive workshops, from Brussels to New York, London, Riyadh and Singapore

The books are not just ideas. They come with tools.

The research behind Why Data Wins and Why Innovation Fails has resulted in practical frameworks, canvases and diagnostics: from the 6 Levels of Innovation and scenario planning to the Three Horizons and tools for data, decisions and imagination.

They bring the ideas from the books into the room, making them tangible, interactive and relevant to the leaders around the table.

  • 6 Levels of Innovation™Scores innovation maturity across twelve dimensions, from deficient to excellent.
  • 6V Compass™Maps where an organisation stands on data.
  • Data-Golf Scan™Locates it in minutes and names the next logical step.
  • Black Box Canvas™Opens up decisions no one can explain.
  • π-Profile™Reads how a team is built, and where it is thin.
  • ImQ Test™Measures readiness for AI transformation, not the technology’s, the people’s.
